26” web width, 5/16” mandrel for coreless, capable of running cores as well, no load cells, dancer or separate tension control needed. Male / female shear slitting section, Auto cut off, auto tuck & auto spot glue. End of roll inker, Montalvo air brake controlled by PLC. Currently rated for 830 fpm, safety chucks, 3” unwind shaft, 40″ unwind diameter. Different unwind configurations available, machine can be built to spec. Includes roll stripper and roll pounder.
