Walmart Requests FAST Packaging Program Applications By June 28
Packaging innovation is a critical component of reducing plastic use without sacrificing quality or efficacy. In its latest effort to accelerate this innovation, Walmart has launched a new initiative called “Finding Actionable Solutions for Trial” (i.e., the FAST Packaging Program). The FAST Packaging Program aims to find and trial new, innovative packaging solutions in areas where Design for Recycling/Composting is needed and/or where there may be an opportunity to reduce the use of virgin plastic.
