True North Equity Partners Acquires Lonsdale Packaging

True North Equity Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lonsdale Packaging Incorporated. The deal was finalized on October 21.

Lonsdale Packaging Incorporated of Lonsdale, Minn. was  established in 1998 and is a national logistics services company offering outsource assembly, blister packing, Polypack bundling, steam heat tunnel shrink-wrapping, packaging, and warehousing. The company employs 120-130 people, depending on the seasonal needs, all of whom are being kept on board.

The deal was facilitated by True North Mergers & Acquisitions of Minneapolis.
