Schubert-Pharma strengthens its position in the North American and European markets

Schubert-Pharma is strengthening its market positioning in North America and Europe and implementing personnel changes. Johannes Schubert now heads up Schubert-Pharma’s Sales and Marketing divisions as Managing Director and is supported by Karin Kleinbach as the new Sales Manager. Dennis Lahn will be working with Todd Shewmaker on business development in North America.

Whether for vials, ampoules, patches, infusion bags, syringes, devices, or combination products – Schubert-Pharma offers international pharmaceutical companies customized packaging solutions for all products. To be even better positioned to serve existing and future customers, the specialist in pharmaceutical packaging machines has made several personnel changes.

Effective immediately, Dennis Lahn, previously Sales Account Manager at Schubert Packaging Systems, will be supporting Todd Shewmaker, Senior Sales Account Manager at Schubert-Pharma, at the Schubert site in North America. Together they will be focusing on business development, relationship management and new systems sales for Schubert-Pharma’s North American market. Lahn will draw on his extensive experience in capital goods projects in the life science and pharmaceutical industries. Supporting Lahn and Shewmaker is the North American service department, which includes 17 service technicians based in Charlotte, Dallas and Toronto who provide hotline support to Schubert customers.

Support at the executive level

Schubert-Pharma has implemented personnel changes not only on the North American continent, but also in Europe.

Since July 2021, Johannes Schubert, company founder Gerhard Schubert’s grandson and Gerald Schubert’s son, has been Managing Director at Schubert Packaging Systems. At his side is Olaf Horrenberger as an experienced co-managing director and mentor. Now the Schubert grandson is managing the business at Schubert-Pharma as well.

The team has also gained Karin Kleinbach as its new Director of Sales. She was previously Sales Account Manager at Schubert-Pharma. She brings a great deal of expertise and industry knowledge from her years of experience in the sales of comprehensive pharmaceutical packaging solutions and in project management.
