New Orbital Wrapper Design Revealed at FABTECH on Sept. 11 in Las Vegas

Orbital wrapper manufacturer TAB Industries, LLC, Reading, Pa. (www.tabwrapper.com), has upgraded the design of its TAB Wrapper Tornado orbital wrapping machines. Devised to streamline manufacturing, speed lead times, and minimize the potential for vibrations during operation, the new design replaces a nine-piece, welded steel ring with a single, rolled steel tube and repositions a new, concave guide wheel assembly for smoother movement around the wrapping ring. The design upgrade reduces noise levels for quieter operation while shortening lead times by up to two days per unit for faster delivery.

To be unveiled at FABTECH booth #A-5142 in Las Vegas, Nev. on Sept. 11, 2023, the new design is included as standard on all TAB Wrapper Tornado orbital stretch wrapper models. The line of orbital wrappers offers a choice of semi-automated to fully automated models to accommodate nearly any pallet wrapping volume, throughput, and level of automation required.

Designed and manufactured at the company’s Reading, Pa. headquarters, the patented stretch wrap machines enable one operator to automatically apply stretch wrap 360 degrees around and under a pallet and load to create a stable, secure, unitized load in one minute or less. The orbital wrappers are delivered ready to plug in and operate with a full warranty.
