METTLER TOLEDO to Introduce a New Inspection Solution at IPPE 2022
METTLER TOLEDO Product Inspection will demonstrate a variety of inspection systems for the meat and poultry industries in booth #C12831 at the International Poultry and Processing Expo, being held at Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, January 25 – 27, 2022.
The company will showcase two x-ray inspection systems, including the introduction of a new system which improves detection capability in meat and poultry applications. The system is designed to remove dense physical contaminants in bulk or packaged product, and for checking for broken or missing components in closed packages.
There will be two systems on display designed for inspecting liquids and slurries: the X38 pipeline x-ray system for removing dense physical contaminants, and the pipeline metal detector for removing all types of metal contaminants – including the difficult-to-detect stainless steel.
Live demonstrations will be given on the Profile Advantage metal detector on a global conveyor, showing how easily the system can detect extremely small contaminants in meat and poultry products with virtually no false rejects.
Built for harsh environments without compromising precision and speed, a C35 AdvancedLine washdown checkweigher will also be demonstrated at the show. The system, including the HMI, is rated to IP69 and proven resistant to most caustic detergents while offering easy belt and conveyor dismount for high-pressure cleaning.
