Interpack 2026 Exhibitor Registration Open Online

Exhibitor registration for interpack 2026 Processing & Packaging is now open online at www.interpack.com. The deadline for reserving exhibit space is February 28, 2025. The trade fair will be held from May 7 – 13, 2026 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany. interpack 2023 exhibitors can use their past access data to log in and register. First-time exhibitors will be guided step-by-step through the registration process.

A special feature at interpack 2026 will again be the USA Pavilion is organized and produced by Messe Düsseldorf North America. It provides its participants with an all-inclusive turnkey package that features a fully furnished booth, access to an exhibitor lounge area (with daily snack and beverage service) and the on-site services of a project manager, hosts and roaming interpreters. From start-ups to global corporations: no business is too small or too large to be part of this unique event. In 2026, interpack will continue to bring together the global processing  and packaging industry and become a driving force for the industry’s future topics.

For seven days, the entire value chain of the industry will be represented – from packaging machinery and processing technology, packaging supplies, packaging materials and packaging aids to the production of packaging supplies, converting and printed packaging, marking technology and labelling as well as warehousing, logistics and transport technology. There will be products and services for all user industries: food, beverage, confectionery and bakery, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, non-food and industrial goods.

Last year, 2,809 exhibitors from 61 countries took part in interpack and the concurrently held components trade fair (for the suppliers’ sector). 95% of the companies plan to come back. This is also due to the fact that interpack is always about  “big business”: 82% of the visitors are from the top management and are involved in investment decisions.

The waiting list for the world’s largest trade fair in the industry is usually long, so early booking is recommended. Exhibitors are now able to register online and reserve their stand.  All halls will be available again. The new hall layout by sector introduced at interpack 2023 will be continued, making it easier to visit the event efficiently.
