STARS was founded upon our mission to develop and share cost effective ways to help companies achieve voluntary compliance with the Hazardous Materials Regulations.

Our goal is to improve safety for employees and the public as well as to protect property and the environment.

This is the guiding principle by which we structure each and every plan we design to meet our clients’ specific needs
