Bishamon Introduces The Ultra Space-Saving Lift Pilot® Floor Level Pallet Lifter

Bishamon Industries Corporation, manufacturer and distributor of innovative ergonomic assist products is proud to present their newest product, the Lift Pilot®. The compact Lift Pilot® which is mounted to the floor, is pallet truck accessible and offers totally unobstructed access with no ramps, bumps or obstructions for the operators to deal with.  This compact, obstruction-free design makes pan lifts, “C” lifts, “E” lifts and all other roll-on lifts practically obsolete.

The unique space-saving design, with the smallest footprint in the industry, will handle GMA pallets from the ends and CHEP pallets from both the ends and the sides.  This gives the operator full access to pallet sides and end for easy pallet loading or unloading, eliminating reach-over.

The innovative design of the Lift Pilot® incorporates several advanced features including telescoping forks, pallet presence sensors and a patented “foot-clear” safety system. The operator simply places an empty or full pallet in front of the unit and activates the Lift Pilot® via a pendant push-button hand control. When the forks are fully extended, The Lift Pilot® will lift the pallet up to 37 5/8” high.   The advanced intelligent design interface includes pallet presence sensors, high visibility function lights at the top of the mast and voice commands.  This system allows fork deployment and lift operation only in the presence of a pallet. The forks extend and retract in a mere 5 seconds, during which time, all lift/lower controls are disabled ensuring safe handling.

Whereas pan lifts, scissor lifts, E and C lifts, and roll on loaders all require large dedicated floor space with their large size and work with only certain types of pallets, the Lift Pilot® streamlines operation and eliminates various application restrictions.

The Lift Pilot® will lift pallets up to 2,500 lb. with a load center of 24” to a maximum height of 37 5/8”.  Fork length is operator selectable at 42”or 48”. Fork lowered height is also operator selectable at 3.6” to 4.6”. Operation is 115 VAC with a push-button hand control.
