AICC Summit: Lean into the Future of Your Workforce

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ | The Independent Packaging Association (AICC), will host the Northeast Summit, Lean into the Future of Your Workforce, September 5-6, 2018, in Atlantic City, N.J. Always a well-attended Summit, this year’s program will discuss how continuous improvement, 5s and machine optimization can impact your company and your employees, along with the key economic and market forces that will shape your future positioning.

The program will include Gene Marks, columnist, author, CPA, & owner of The Marks Group, offering an update on Washington, Trump, & Taxes. Mitch Klingher, CPA, Klingher Nadler and Adam Josephson, CFA, KeyBanc Capital Markets, will address “Strategic Planning for the Independent Converter,” with information on the economic and market forces that will impact your company over the next few years.

Les Pickering, co-owner, Quadrant5, will discuss “Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing,” and will then moderate a panel of AICC members discussing the impact of faster more efficient production.

A second panel, of AICC Associate Members, who are also facing workforce challenges, will discuss what we can learn from them. Panelists at this time include Kevin Marston, Bobst, Jeff Pallini, Fosber, Keith Umlauf, Haire Group, and Randy Wright, EAM Mosca.

This robust program also includes a networking reception on the opening night and will be followed by a golf tournament at the Stockton Seaview Golf Club and a BBQ dinner.
