QMI Inc., the world leader in moving web hole-punching equipment has released the New VERTICAL QUICK SLIT MACHINE.

The model QM SV3000 has many features including:

• Pneumatically actuated, vertical mount slit knives
• 3⁄4” minimum spacing between adjacent slit knives
• Slit knives adjustable across the width of the film
• Brush roll backed
• Brush roll can be pneumatically lowered 3” to facilitate film threading
• PLC control to allow adjustable slit lengths
• PLC control with storage for up to 100 recipes
• Individual slit knife activation control allowing slit length variation
• Custom patterns with blanking in bag seam mode with up to 25 programmable distances
