Custom‐Built, Plastic Strapping Machines on Display at 2016 Modex

Dynaric, Inc, manufacturer of quality plastic strapping machines and polypropylene strapping was one of the premier exhibitors at the Modex tradeshow in Atlanta, GA, held from April 4‐7. Modex is a tradeshow providing access to the latest manufacturing and supply chain equipment and technologies, making it the perfect spot for Dynaric to display our high‐performance, operator‐friendly plastic strapping machines. While the exhibit shared a wide range of machines for specialized banding and bundling applications, we were proud to introduce one of the newest plastic strapping machines in our lineup.

Specifically, we introduced the new, custom‐built horizontal banding system called the H2B‐H. The H2B‐H includes Dynaric’s new MHB plastic strapping head. The strapping head is mounted on an aluminum frame strapping arch which travels vertically along a structured steel tower which is over 9 feet tall. The H2B‐H is one of our many custom‐built, automated plastic strapping machines. It is the ideal choice for production lines strapping items up to 48” X 48”. And because it is a custom‐built system, the H2B‐H can be easily integrated into virtually any strapping scenario. For instance, it can easily handle palletized bottles or containers, milk cartons, soda cases, appliance boxes, or any other “bellybanding” packaging requirements. Attendees at Modex were impressed with the ease of use and reliability of this new strapping system as well as all of our automated plastic strapping machines.

Among the other premier equipment on display was our N3400A. This is one of our versatile automatic plastic strapping machines that includes a Servo drive. As such, this machine produces significant energy savings, requires low maintenance, and operates well in high‐speed automated applications. It provides an impressive strapping experience and can keep a production line running at optimal speed. Also on display at Modex was our D3500 line of extremely high‐speed plastic strapping machines. The D3500 offers customers another exceptional option for fast‐paced production facilities.

Finally, Dynaric introduced the DTFW‐1000 ‐‐ a much anticipated addition to our line of portable plastic strapping tools. The DTFW‐1000 is a new, more economical, yet highly efficient and durable friction‐weld strapping tool. At Modex, we demonstrated how portable friction‐weld plastic strapping tools are and also how useful they are in production facilities where mobility is an essential component of the packaging process.
