ProSys highlights the TN 30 Hot Melt Filler for Cosmetic and Personal Care Products

Cost effective compact unit ideal for start-ups and R&D

ProSys Fill, LLC, designer and manufacturer of manual, semiautomatic, and fully automated filling equipment, highlights the TN 30 hot melt filler, a cost effective and compact system ideal for start-ups or research and development. Operating at a machine cycle rate of 30 parts per minute, the TN 30 is a great choice for a wide array of cosmetic and personal care products, including sunscreen, face scrub, and hand cream. The TN 30 can also be used for filling candles or tea lights.

The TN 30 offers a fast return on investment. It features a manual loading station, which can be easily upgraded to automate additional production. The unit’s automatic filling station offers volumetric filling, ensuring high accuracy repeatable results with less product give away. A proprietary cooling technique cools product in tins more efficiently with a smaller air conditioning unit. Featuring hand capping at an excellent price point for startups, the capping function can also be automated if warranted in the future.
