Epson Signs Olympus Controls as Distributor in the Western Regions of the U.S. and Canada

Epson Robots announced it signed Olympus Controls, an engineering services provider specializing in the integration of motion control, machine vision, and robotic technologies, as an official distributor of Epson Robots automation products.  Olympus Controls’ decades of engineering expertise and deep industry knowledge, combined with Epson Robots’ reputation for easy-to-use, proven, innovative technology, could help manufacturers reach today’s challenging factory automation objectives.

Olympus’ distribution territory will cover the Western U.S states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and California as well as British Columbia, Canada.

The partnership with Olympus Controls reportedly involves the full lineup of Epson Robots automation products, including the extensive portfolio of SCARA and 6-Axis robots as well as the great selection of integrated options such as the IntelliFlex™ Feeding System, Vision Guide, Force Guide, and more.

Epson and Olympus Controls form a partnership that could benefit OEMs and machine builders in health and life sciences, electronics and general assembly applications.
