PFlow Industries Highlights M Series Mechanical Vertical Lift Solution for Packaging Applications

Versatile VRC Improves Efficiency and Worker Safety

PFlow Industries, the founder of the vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) industry, highlights its M Series 2-Post Mechanical Material Lifts. Specifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of the packaging industry, the M Series offers a versatile and reliable solution for material handling. With the ability to move materials faster and more safely than traditional forklifts, the M Series boasts a standard travel speed of 25 feet per minute (FPM), with options up to 400 FPM. This makes it ideal for high-speed, high-cycle, and automated packaging environments.

The M Series can lift up to 10,000 pounds and reach an unlimited number of floor levels, significantly enhancing the efficiency of packaging operations by facilitating the rapid movement of heavy materials across different stages of the packaging process. Equipped with advanced safety features such as limit switches, chain sensors, and certified safety cams, the M Series ensures safe operation, which is crucial in busy packaging facilities. These features help prevent accidents and reduce downtime, contributing to a safer and more efficient workplace.

PFlow specializes in designing customized lifting solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each application, ranging from simple, two-level material lifting to complex integrations with automated systems. The versatile M Series VRC comes in both straddle and cantilever designs, each with distinct benefits. Straddle configurations are designed to maximize lifting capacity and accommodate larger carriage platforms, while cantilever configurations allow access to the carriage platform from three sides, offering greater flexibility for loading and unloading in tighter spaces.
