Standup Zipper Pouch Machines Made Simple

HMC Products’ new Pouchmaster Model IMF 10-11 TE features standup zipper pouch making and filling with speeds up to 90 pouches per minute, and weights up to 3 pounds.  The HMC IMF series utilizes a product transfer funnel system inserting a travelling funnel into the top of the pouch.  The funnel vibrates as it indexes with the pouch allowing larger pieces to easily enter the pouch eliminating problems associated with vacuum opening in the fill area with other machine models.

All HMC Pouchmasters may be fitted with power web unwinds, standup and zipper options, quick change servo drive sealing system, special shaped pouches, liquid filling, scales, auger fillers, and pill dispensers.  Additionally, low cost vision tracking guided robots have been provided by HMC Products for semi-automatic packing of pouches to trays, cartons, or cases.
