This all-inclusive range of industrial-rated switches offers a comprehensive variety of reliable 22mm raised and 30mm flush mount switches that are easy to assemble and are a cost-effective option for harsh and aggressive environments. Whether you require standard pushbuttons with plastic or metal front bezels, or 30mm flush mount switches with aluminum bezels and plastic actuator bodies, the Series 46 has all applications covered.

In addition, Series 46 switches are designed to meet environmental standards with an IP65 rating for sealing. For even higher levels of protection, some actuator styles can be equipped with sealing covers to achieve an impressive IP69K rating. This range of dependable industrial switches is perfect for general-purpose industrial controls in machinery and industrial automation applications, providing a reliable and durable performance.

Series 46 switches are of modular construction which provides easy configuration to meet specific application requirements. They come with a separate front actuator, a sturdy metal fixing ring, and either a snap-on style or integrated mounting flange with a BA9s LED holder. This design ensures easy installation and maintenance, saving time and effort. Furthermore, the contact blocks of the Series 46 clip onto the mounting flange, allowing for up to two contacts per row. If additional blocks are required, they can easily be added to customize with up to 8 in total to meet your specific needs.

The Series 46 is rated to EN 60947-5-1 and UL 508. Their maximum AC switching voltage is 500V AC with a maximum switching current of 10A per AC15. Their maximum DC rating is 220V DC with a maximum DC current of 5A according to DC13.
