Packaging Conveyors Feature Optional Casters for Safe, Easy Installation

PharmafillTM Conveyors Roll Up to Line, Roll from One Line to Another

CV Series conveyors in the PharmafillTM line from packaging machinery manufacturer Deitz Co., Wall, NJ (www.Deitzco.com), feature optional casters or floor levelers as standard. Offered as an added convenience, the non-marking, swiveling, locking casters enable packaging engineers and line operators to roll the conveyors into place in the filling and/or packaging lines without any manual lifting for safe, smooth installation and easy adjustments. For ergonomic access to the packaging machinery during setup and maintenance, the conveyors may be rolled aside by one person then quickly returned to service for the next production run.

Ideal for contract packagers and food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other manufacturers packaging multiple products, the conveyors on casters may be rolled from one line to another for fast changeovers without investing in dedicated conveyors for each line. For added versatility, the conveyors use a modular design that allows segments to be added in standard three- and six-foot sections plus one-foot increments to fit nearly any configuration.

The conveyors set on casters are designed and manufactured at the company’s Wall, New Jersey headquarters with stainless steel construction, variable speed drive,  and adjustable-height support legs. A full warranty is included.
