In addition to custom conveyor systems, Multi-Conveyor builds basic, quick-ship plastic chain conveyors by the mile. These modular systems are designed to be pieced together fast, and are available in various pre-fabricated lengths, widths or radius curves.

“Although we’re a conveyor manufacturer known for our custom conveyor solutions, our standard conveyors are probably the most economical, quick-ship systems on the market today,” said Multi-Conveyor COO Joe Miller.

“Many years ago, we found ourselves trying to fill quick deliveries for standard products. However, on some occasions we could not fill those requests on a timely basis due to our current work load,” Miller explained.  “As much as this is a great testimony to our full production schedule, these were not custom or specialized requests. They were simple solutions that we knew we could provide quickly.”

Knowing that their customers rely on their quality and reputation, Multi-Conveyor developed a line of pre-engineered conveyor components that can be shipped quickly when those requests are received. Pre-engineering and pre-fabricating the components for the Success Line portable conveyors saves both time and expenses, which translates to “value-driven, quick ship” modular conveyor systems.

Miller added, “Although we’re renowned as a custom conveyor manufacturer, I prefer to think we make our conveyors ‘standard by the mile, custom by the foot’.”
