Maximize Productivity and Product Handling With the Busse/SJI PriorityPal™ HL Series Case Conveyor

Improved design increases product weight capacity and helps reduce maintenance downtime

Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX), a global leader in engineering and manufacturing solutions that power, transmit and control motion, has announced the release of the improved Busse/SJI PriorityPal™ HL Series Case Conveyor. It is designed for food and beverage, warehousing, intralogistics and other applications that require quick and accurate case moving, sorting and palletizing. The PriorityPal HL Series helps operations increase productivity and improve product handling.

OEMs in these markets want to give their customers solutions that offer simplified integration, smaller footprints and reduced maintenance. End users want equipment that helps them move products out the door fast. The PriorityPal HL Series Case Conveyor is the answer, offering a more robust design to handle greater weight distribution and reduce maintenance downtime in applications where a high-level design is needed.

“Breakdowns of outdated equipment, frequent maintenance, a limited labor pool, changeovers and integrating new components and systems all lead to the number one enemy of throughput: downtime,” said Jack Zbiegien, Director of Product Management. “The PriorityPal HL Series Case Conveyor allows operations to move and sort products faster and more accurately, so they can do more with less.”

The system features a new roller apron design with enhanced structural integrity and reinforced connection points that allow for improved weight distribution and greater load-bearing capacity.

In addition, customers have the option to update their infeed design utilizing Rexnord® chain. This allows for increased diversity in product handling, tight product transfers, superior product stability and enhanced safety. Regal Rexnord’s ModSort® technology can be integrated for a smart, modular solution designed to optimize package handling, especially in high-speed, small-package environments.

The improvements reduce maintenance frequency and time, enable quick scalability and changeovers, and allow operations to optimize available staff hours so they can reclaim production time. The PriorityPal HL Series Case Conveyor also continues to offer the standard features of previous models, including:

  • Infinite load squaring capabilities
  • Touch-less pattern forming
  • A high-level design with flexible modular layout footprint
  • Intuitive HMI system
  • Remote diagnostics
