Combilift Launches National Forklift Safety Campaign: “Lift Your Standards by Lowering Your Load”

Throughout June, Combilift is partnering with their dealer network to provide free demonstrations highlighting the safest way to carry long loads.

Combilift, a global leader in material handling solutions, is proud to announce the launch of its new National Forklift Safety campaign, “Lift Your Standards by Lowering Your Load.” This initiative aims to enhance awareness and promote best practices in forklift safety across industries.

Forklift safety is of paramount importance to Combilift, and every year, they are committed to using National Forklift Safety Day (NFSD)  as a reminder of how forklift operations can and should be safer than ever. This year NFSD falls on June 11, and three ways to lift safety standards throughout the year are:

1. Safety First: Maintaining a lower load height while traveling improves visibility, stability and reduces accidents. Stay in compliance with OSHA standards, which mandate keeping the load as close to the ground as possible during travel

2. Training and Education: Offering comprehensive training programs ensures forklift operators are well-equipped with the knowledge to perform their duties safely.

3. Industry Standards: Advocate for adherence to national and international safety standards in material handling operations lifts.

Throughout June, Combilift is partnering with their dealer network to provide customers free demonstrations highlighting the safety benefits of the multidirectional Combilift C-Series. Participants will learn how multi-directional technology can improve workplace safety and compliance, save space, increase efficiency, and how to:

  • Safely handle long loads by switching to sidewards mode and avoid overhead carrying
  • Comply with OSHA standards by carrying the load as low as possible while traveling
  • Increase operator visibility
