The VSA1825’s automatic system includes a 90° guillotine hot knife seal bar, providing consistent, high-quality seals across various packaging sizes. This mechanism creates a loose bag around the product, preparing it for the shrink tunnel where the film adheres to it, resulting in a polished, professional appearance. Designed to seal most center-folded polyethylene shrink films, the VSA1825 is equipped with adjustable pin perforators for efficient air evacuation and an infeed and outfeed conveyor system running up to 100 feet per minute.

The VSA1825 is designed with the user in mind and features a 7-inch color touchscreen controller that allows operators to adjust settings for various applications effortlessly. Additional features include motorized seal height adjustment to align with different product sizes, a scrap film take-up wheel, and heavy-duty casters for easy movement within a plant.
