Bartelt (C-2833)

The MAG Series horizontal form-fill-seal machine that integrates the latest in magnetic linear technology. Additionally, they’re demonstrating the FLtecnics’ horizontal form fill seal machine that produces a variety of small pouches for food applications.

Dorner (C-1455)

The new AquaGard GT conveyor system combines the strengths of Dorner and fellow Columbus McKinnon brand Garvey. The AquaGard GT is a meticulously designed infeed and outfeed conveyor ideal for accumulation-type applications to prevent bottlenecks in industries such as packaging, bottling, dry food processing, and part handling. They will also be showing its conveyor solutions for food handling, e-commerce and other automation platforms.

Edson (C-3833)

The RP-200 Fully Automatic RPC Erector uses high speed servos to accurately and consistently form trays for produce, protein, and several other industries that use RPC style trays. Additionally, Edson is running its KDF (knocked down flat) Stack Prep System, a robotic cell that automates the infeed area of case packer.

Matrix (C-2825)

The portfolio of VFFS, pre-made pouch, and sachet solutions will be exhibited, including the MVC-300 continuous box-motion bagger. The MVC-300 uses a continuous-motion, high-speed jaw system that is unique from other VFFS machines because the film never stops. This innovative feature allows users to achieve higher fill rates.

See a vast array of stretch and pallet wrapping solutions, including a redesigned MA Series fully automatic rotary stretch system, which provides high throughput stretch wrapping for any application in one module design. The new 500Li Stretch Overwrapper is a cost-effective tuck and fold machine that produces up to 60 packages per minute. The 500Li and its in-line tray wrapping method represent a more streamlined packaging process in comparison to elevator-style machines. The machine’s small footprint makes it ideal for space-constrained environments.
